This is the same as idea 23 except that the accent is now on the up beat, or third note of the triplet. The feet fill in the triplets, alternating each beat.

Again, the following two exercises shift the accent to the bass drum and then the hi-hat.

Work on it slowly, apply to jazz time and a shuffle, then experiment with phrases while playing with music.
